Shipping Policy

When can I expect my order to be shipped?

Orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. While most orders are processed within 24 hours, the expected processing time can range from 24 to 72 hours. Orders placed Monday through Thursday before 2 PM EST can be expected to ship the same day. Please note that we do not process orders on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, or U.S. federal holidays.

If your order contains products from different fulfillment centers, such as those in California and Florida, they will be shipped in separate packages originating from their respective states.

Delivery Times

Once your order is processed for delivery, you will receive an e-mail confirmation that your order has shipped, along with tracking information. Please check your spam folder, if you did not receive a confirmation email.

If your order qualifies for free shipping, it may be shipped via USPS First Class or USPS Priority mail (larger orders) and will usually be delivered within 2 to 8 business days after your order is processed.

USPS Priority Mail is usually delivered within 2-4 days of being shipped.Β  Please note that USPS shipping times are not guaranteed.

Free Shipping:

We provide free shipping for orders totaling more than $49. Please anticipate a processing time of 2-3 business days for your order. However, it's important to note that items eligible for free shipping may be dispatched using the most economical shipping method available. If you prefer a more reliable or insured shipping method, during checkout, you have the option to upgrade to a shipping method of your choice for added peace of mind.

My package is showing as delivered but I don’t see it.Β  What can I do?

We understand your concern and apologize for any inconvenience this situation may have caused you.Β  Once your order leaves our facility and is in the hands of the shipping carrier, we unfortunately lose control over its journey and the specific processes of the shipping provider. We recommend contacting the carrier directly with your tracking number.Β  They should be able to offer more detailed insights into the current status and location of your package, and assist you in opening a missing package claim if necessary.

Tracking for my package is showing its on the way but it’s taking a long time.Β  What can I do?

Where do we ship?

HYWAZE.com offers shipping to 50 US states for most of our products. Some products such as the ones marketed as "Delta 8" are banned from some states: Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Kansas, Kentucky, Idaho, Iowa, Michigan, Mississippi, Montana, Nevada, New York, North Dakota, Rhode Island, Utah, Vermont, and Washington. If you have a Delta 8 item in your cart and can't get a shipping rate, then please replace it with a CBD product instead.

Shipping is available to APO/FPO addresses. We offer international shipping only to select wholesalers. If you are interested in shipping to your country, please contact our customer service. Please note that return labels will not be provided on international orders. Duties, taxes, and other custom fees may be adjusted based on the contents of your shipment.


Incorrect address submission:

We understand how frustrating address errors can be, so please take a moment to double-check your shipping information before placing your order. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately. We'll do our best to update the address, but as we process orders quickly, changes cannot always be guaranteed.

If your order ships with an incorrect address, we are not able to intercept it. In these cases, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to open a claim and request a return to sender. Please note, the time for the intercepted package to return can vary between 4 to 14 business days, depending on the carrier and your location.

If we receive the package back at our facility, your order will be canceled, and a refund will be issued, provided the package is in its original condition and unopened. You are welcome to place a new order at your convenience. Please be aware that refunds are not always guaranteed and may depend on factors such as the condition of the returned package and whether we receive it.

Refunds, if approved, may take up to 5 business days to process after we receive the returned package. For assistance with opening a claim, you can contact your shipping carrier here:

Missing items:
Items that arrive damaged, missing or incorrect must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide a picture of the packing slip as well as items received. Once your claim has been submitted for review and approval, we will further assist you in correcting the issue.


Returning Items:
Returns will only be accepted on unopened, unused CBD products. Once it is received and verified unopened and untampered with, a refund may be issued for that item after a 15% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for shipping fees. Shipping fees are nonrefundable.


Privacy and discretion:
Orders on HYWAZE.com are to be shipped in plain package envelopes or boxes. The shipping label on the package will be labeled HYWAZE.com along with our address.
