Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase! If for any reason you are not happy with your product, you may return it within 30 days of the original purchase date. Please email info@hywaze.com or orders@hywaze.com to initiate a return. Please include pictures or videos of the damaged product.

Products must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.

The product should be in unused and undamaged condition, with all original packaging and shipping materials intact.

Returns that meet these criteria will be eligible for a refund in the form of store credit only.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and we do not accept returns on products that have been opened, used, or damaged.
Once we receive your returned product at our facility and verify its condition, we will process the store credit to your account.
