Returns & Refunds
RETAIL:
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return or refund, should you feel the need to do so. Please contact us at info@hywaze.com and one of our Customer Care Representatives would be happy to assist you. We typically process approved return/refund requests within 1-2 business days. If your product was purchased through a Hywaze distributor or retailer, you will need to go back to your original purchase location for any return or exchange.
Our customer service department may contact you to verify additional information in order to guarantee that orders of large values and quantities are accurate and legitimate. This may cause your order to be delayed in some situations. Your order may be canceled and reimbursed to the original payment method if we do not get a response within 48 hours of our effort to contact you.
WHOLESALE:
White Label, custom orders, and all contract manufacturing orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit for product formulation R&D and brand design.
Wholesale orders are final sale, no exchanges and no refunds.
