How do I cancel my order?
We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to
cancel your order. Due to our commitment to swift order processing, there's a
possibility that your order may already be in the fulfillment pipeline once
it's submitted. However, if you wish to cancel your order, please reach out to
us promptly via phone or email. While we will do our best to accommodate your
request, please note that cancellation cannot be guaranteed once the
fulfillment process has commenced. We appreciate your understanding.
Do you offer Free Shipping?
Yes, we provide free shipping for orders totaling more than $49.
Please anticipate a processing time of 2-3 business days for your order.
However, it's important to note that items eligible for free shipping may be
dispatched using the most economical shipping method available. If you prefer a
more reliable or insured shipping method, during checkout, you have the option
to upgrade to a shipping method of your choice for added peace of mind.
Do you ship internationally?
Hywaze only ships anywhere within the United States where our products are allowed to be legally sold. International shipping isnβt available at the moment
Our products can't be shipped or sold to the following states:
Alaska, Colorado, Delaware, Idaho, Iowa, Montana, New York, Nevada, North Dakota, Rhode Island, Vermont, Utah, Washington, San Diego, CA, Jerseyville, IL, and Sarasota County, FL. THCO products are prohibited in the state of Florida. Please check your local regulations to see which products are legal in your area.
What payment options are available when purchasing?
We offer easy online payments through debit or credit cards. All major forms of payment methods are accepted.
Can I return a purchase and get a refund?
Our customer service department may contact you to verify additional information in order to guarantee thatΒ ordersΒ of large values and quantities are accurate and legitimate. This may cause your order to be delayed in some situations. Your order may be canceled and reimbursed to the original payment method if we do not get a response within 48 hours of our effort to contact you.
We are unable to refund returned products due to the nature of the product unless they are unused and unopened. However, if there is a specific problem with an item, we are happy to assist and replace the items if necessary. Please contact us at info@hywaze.com.
How do I track my order?
You will receive the details for your order via email. You can use the tracking information to track your order with the respective shipping and delivery service.
I entered the wrong shipping address on my order, can you update it?
We understand that mistakes can occur. However, please be
aware that once your order is submitted, it may already be in the fulfillment
process due to our commitment to swift order processing. If you need to update
your shipping address, please reach out to us promptly via phone or email.
While we will make every effort to accommodate your request, please note that
if the fulfillment process has already commenced, it may be necessary to charge
an address change or redirection fee. We appreciate your understanding in this
matter.
My package is showing as delivered but I donβt see it.Β What can I do?
We understand your concern and apologize for any inconvenience
this situation may have caused you.Β Once
your order leaves our facility and is in the hands of the shipping carrier, we
unfortunately lose control over its journey and the specific processes of the
shipping provider. We recommend contacting the carrier directly with your
tracking number.Β They should be able to
offer more detailed insights into the current status and location of your
package, and assist you in opening a missing package claim if necessary.
Tracking for my package is showing its on the way but itβs taking a long time.Β What can I do?
We understand your concern and apologize for any inconvenience
